Get out of the August heat and come cool off in the kitchen with Du Jour Tulsa. Chef Amanda Simco will demonstrates how to add spicy flavor to four traditionally cool courses to create a meal that will surprise everyone’s taste buds! Two spectators while be selected to help out in the kitchen during each course. Then Chef Amanda will serve up the fiery 4-course meal with wine pairings.
